We have a dedicated team of staff at Denton Medical Practice, working together to offer a high level of care:

DOCTORS


Dr Gupta DRCOG (female) - provides normal surgeries, post-natal checks.She has a special interest in family planning. Normal days of work are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dr Perkins MRCP MRCGP (female) - provides normal surgeries, post-natal checks. She has a special interest in palliative medicine. Normal days of work are Tuesday and Friday.

Dr Majid MRCGP (male) - provides normal surgeries, child health surveillance, joint injections. He has a special interest in diabetes. Normal days of work are  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Dr Shoaib MRCGP (male) - provides normal surgeries, child health surveillance, joint injections. He has a special interest in diabetes and sports medicine. Normal days of work are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Dr Stinchcombe MRCGP (female)- provides normal surgeries, joint injections. She has a special interest in family planning. Normal days of work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Dr Rashid MRCGP (male) - provides normal surgeries. He has a special interest in dermatology, and teaching student doctors.


NURSING TEAM



Hanifah - provides a wide range of clinics including chronic disease management, immunisations and vaccinations, and general health advice. She is also trained to  see acutely ill patients in te minor illness clinic and prescribe medications as appropriate. Normal days of work are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Julie - performs blood tests, blood pressure checks, weight checks and new patient medicals. Normal days of work are Monday to Friday inclusive.

Lynn -  provides a wide range of clinics including chronic disease management, immunisations and vaccinations, and general health advice. Normal days of work are Monday, Thursday and Friday.



PRACTICE MANAGEMENT TEAM


Lesley Hynds -  business manager, responsible for the administration, finances, and future development of the practice. Suggestions and complaints can be directed to her.

Lynn Redford - clinical manager, responsible for the delivery of high quality clinical care to patients, and future development of the practice.

Tracey Maxwell - assistant practice manager, responsible for working with the two practice managers to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
