PRACTICE MANAGERS

The practice manager is responsible for making sure the surgery runs as smoothly as possible.

Lesley Hynds (Business Manager) is responsible for administration and finances. She is also responsible for the future development of the practice. Any suggestions and complaints should be addressed to her.

Lynn Redford (Clinical Manager) is responsible for the quality of clinical care delivered to patients. She is also responsible for future clinical development of the practice.

RECEPTION STAFF

They are 'front line' staff and make sure you get the help needed with booking appointments. We have a full complement of helpful reception staff to help you get the most out of our services.

Sharon Bowater (Reception Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the reception. She liaises with the practice managers.
