Welcome to the Denton Medical Practice website.
This website contains information about the services currently available at Denton Medical Practice and how you as a patient can make the most of these services, depending on your needs.
At Denton Medical Practice, we strive to provide the highest quality standards of care.
- We have a friendly and helpful team of GP's and trainee doctors, practice nurses, managers and reception staff.
- We are currently accepting new patients on our list.
- We are open from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Fridays.
- Denton Medical Practice is situated opposite Crownpoint North Shopping Park at 100 Ashton Road (A6017), Denton M34 3JE.
- The practice is closed for the afternoon once per month, usually during the third Thursday for staff training.

We are a caring and innovative practice that is committed to providing good quality care and our aim is to work in partnership with our patients to support their healthcare needs.
As a GP Partnership we undertake to:
- Treat you with respect and communicate with you in a transparent and respectful manner
- Provide you with advice and treatment in a timely manner
- Help you make decisions about your health
- Help you access information about your health and direct you to access information and services to improve your health
- Discuss what treatments are available and refer you to other services where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality in what we discuss and the records we keep on your behalf
- Keep up to date with evidence-based developments in healthcare through continuing professional development
- Provide ongoing training for all staff and maintain a positive training environment for the whole practice team
As a registered patient we ask you to:
- Take steps to care for your own health and the health of your families and communities
- Be available to be contacted if you have a booked telephone consultation or have submitted a request for same day care
- Keep your booked appointment or let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can offer the appointment to another patient
- Treat our staff with respect
- Let us know if you have any suggestions or complaints as soon as possible so we can review and try to resolve them in a timely manner
- Let us know if we have done well so we can share this feedback with our practice team
