Parking

We have parking available behind the surgery via Greswell Street.

Accessibility

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair.

We also have three parking spaces outside the practice which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

The centre can be used by wheelchair users. There is a lift inside for access to the first level.

There is specially designed toilet facilities with emergency pull cords.

For patients with hearing problems, we have a loop system installed.

Interpretation and translation services are available for patients who do not speak English.

Please let us know in advance if someone needs this service and we will arrange an interpreter. This could take up to two weeks.

Out of hours

Enhanced access

Extended access is available at Millgate Healthcare Partnership from 6.30pm to 8pm and every other Saturday 9am to 5pm.

The appointments offered via enhanced access will be held at Millgate practices and may be with a different clinician than usual.

This clinician will have access to your health records and will be able to treat you in the same way as we would.

You can access these appointments by completing our online form.

Life threatening

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
